1) Individual Care Plan on file for a child with known food allergy does not include written instructions from the child's health care provider. It is acceptable to have the health care provider's signature on the Individual Care Plan to meet this requirement, or separate instructions from the health care provider. 2) A child's emergency medication for food allergy was expired.
